al parecer el joven ya no esta detenido.. no se si pago la multa o que. Pero comentando esto con algunos conocidos.. uno de ellos abogado salio en defensa de la ley.. mencionando
“El desconocimiento de la ley, no te exime del cumplimiento”
el Estado en su facultad de imponer leyes, debe para su cumplimiento PUBLICAR la ley, esto es, hacerla del conocimiento público, por lo tanto se considera que NO es ignorancia sino negligencia asi que..mucho cuidado no anden levantando cualquier cosa que encuentren. jajaja
